The Gallatin Valley is losing too many good people simply because they cannot afford to purchase homes and build long term futures in the community they love. Headwaters is stepping in to defend the vitality and diversity of our community by creating a permanent supply of homes that working residents can afford to buy, and working towards a future where everyone is able to remain and thrive in our community.
