Without attainable housing, the people who make the Gallatin Valley run are leaving. The Gallatin Valley cannot remain a vibrant and stable community while relying on a stressed and transient workforce.
Using the Community Land Trust model, we create and protect permanently affordable homes that will serve generations of moderate- and middle-income households.
